DBM Technologies Inc. Purchasing Terms and Conditions for External Providers
- The supplier will flow down to sub-tier suppliers the applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics.
- Supplier agrees that no change will be made in specification, material, process, test methods or facilities location including changes to external suppliers affecting DBM Technologies, Inc. products without approval and prior written consent from DBM Technologies, Inc.
- Supplier notification is required in cases of nonconforming product, including arrangements for DBM Technologies Inc. written approval of supplier nonconforming material disposition. In addition, the organization shall take appropriate action based on the nature of the nonconformity and its effect on the conformity of product or services. This shall also apply to nonconforming products and services detected after delivery of products, during or after the provision of services.
- Certification(s) of Compliance to all applicable specifications if requested by DBM Technologies Inc. must reference DBM Technology, Inc. Purchase Order Number, Revision Level, Shipment Quantity and Shipment Date.
- The Quality Inspection System and Materials provided by suppliers of parts on this Purchase Order are subject to inspection by Regulatory Agencies. Right of Entry shall be granted to DBM Technologies Inc., its customers, and regulatory authorities, to all facilities involved with the order (at any level of the supply chain) and to all applicable documented information and records, for the purpose of monitoring product quality.
- Records resulting from the processing of this order (e.g. Inspection and test) shall be retained by the supplier for a minimum of Ten (10) years after completion of DBM Technologies Inc. customer’s contract or order, or as otherwise required by that customer in controlling the conformity of all supplier-furnished materials & products.
- Supplier is responsible for Lost or Damaged Product until received by DBM Technologies, Inc.
- All incoming materials / products are subject to inspection and test upon receipt and will not be deemed received and accepted until passing DBM Technology, Inc. Receiving Inspection.
- The Supplier understands the need to implement AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System or equivalent.
- The supplier shall notify DBM Technologies, Inc. of change in certification status within 5 days.
- The Supplier shall prevent the use of counterfeit parts (see 8.1.4 of the AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015 Standard).
- The Supplier shall ensure that persons / employees are aware of:
- Their contribution to product or service conformity;
- their contribution to product safety;
- the importance of ethical behavior .
