CLEAN TECHNOLOGY

ISO Class 4 Clean Environment

DBM Technologies utilizes the StratoTech Corporation TF-3000 Clean Environment for Assemblies requiring clean environments for production.  This includes particulate sensitive assembly, hygrophobic component assembly, optical products and assemblies requiring a clean environment for mating surfaces such as heat sinks, etc.


The TF-3000 is a state-of-the-art award winning and patented adjustable flow technology. 
The TF-3000 is certified to meet ISO Class 4 (ISO 14644-1) in the as-build state, which meets 0.3 µm (1,020 particles/m3) and 1.0 µm (83 particles/m3).  The TF-3000 are used by StratoTech customers producing RAD-PAKS for the Mars Lander and other space related applications and laboratory research.
